About This Artwork

Wanted $$Reward$$ is a layered pop art portrait of Woody Allen transformed through the visual language of the reward poster. The text is part of the humour: the viewer reads Woody Allen’s face, notices the reward language, then returns to the expression with a different interpretation. Painted across layered plexiglass in 2023, the portrait shifts subtly with perspective, combining celebrity imagery, pop portraiture and physical depth.
