The deep-blue glasses shift against smoky eyes and facial lines as the viewer changes position. The gaze becomes more or less confrontational depending on the angle.

About This Artwork

Wanted Smoking Rock Star is a sharper, more rebellious Pop Glasses portrait from 2024. Smoky eyes and deep blue glasses create a mix of glamour, defiance and rock-star mystery, while the Wanted title turns the subject into a character rather than a conventional portrait. Painted across layered plexiglass, the glasses and gaze shift with movement, making attitude itself feel unstable from one viewpoint to the next.
