About This Artwork
Wanted for Racing in Monaco is a layered Formula 1 portrait of Charles Leclerc framed through Fabian PhiL’s Wanted language. Racing identity, portrait and mugshot-style graphics work together rather than acting as separate elements, while the layered plexiglass construction adds movement as the viewer changes position. Created in 2024, the work combines a portrait of Charles Leclerc with Formula 1 culture and pop portraiture, in a deliberately playful, rebellious tone.
